Find the existing order
Search by order, customer, date, channel, payment, fulfillment, or destination. Do not create a replacement order to resolve a search problem.

Verify before picking
Confirm payment status, hold or fraud context, customer, address, items, quantities, variants, tags, and delivery method.

Pick and pack
Pick against the order lines, record shortages or substitutions through the approved process, and complete packing controls before requesting a label.

Book shipment and apply the label
Choose the approved courier option, verify parcel data, generate the label once, attach it to the correct parcel, and record tracking.

Verify fulfillment
Confirm the order timeline shows fulfillment and tracking. Carrier collection and delivery remain later states.
Troubleshooting
- The address is incomplete: stop packing and escalate; do not guess customer details.
- Label creation times out: inspect Shipping status before trying again.
- Stock is short: record the exception and follow substitution, split, or cancellation policy.
